Afternoon

Sad Time !! My Lil Blue Beta Fish. Pyewacket left me for the big seas in the sky. I was honored with having Pyewacket with Salem & I for 3 years. We will miss him... he was a good fishy and travelled with me back & forth many times to Virginia. Some others said that I was crazy to mourn so over a fish.... Well, you know for most times.. it was me, Salem & Pyewacket to keep each other company in NJ. He was a friend... Silly as it may sound.. he was !!!!!

Been very warm here but the forecast for next week is on the other end of the scale. HP is residing in the window sill .. taking in some fresh air.... Salem is relaxing on a Goose Down Comforter. They get along.. just do not like to associate with each other.

I installed IE 7.... only because I kept getting emails & Pop Ups from Verizon and others to do so. Sooooooo...... I kept getting this SmartBridge Link problem after the download each time I booted up the machine. Called, Verizon Tech Support... They had no idea what I was talking about and passed me on to Emachine.... Emachine wanted me to backup my entire system and start over with factory settings. Panick !!!!! They said nothing else would fix the problem. I next decided to go on the IE7 site and search for the error ..... Well, I was directed to a Forum.. and on there were about 10 others that had the exact same problem.... after a lengthy discussion... this guy solved all of our problem... his idea worked !!!!!! Still IE 7 has issues that need to be solved... such as computers boot up slowly.... sometimes it exits you out of sites for no reason. Most of these others were using Verizon DSL as their IP just as I was. It was Verizon software the error was referring to.

Last night I watched Sierra & Scooter for a couple of hours... Jessica & Robby both had to work late. Sierra fell asleep on my bed.. tired from School. Scooter was watching TV with me... He looks over at me with a bright sparkle in his blue eyes and said... Gamma, Sierra really loves you and so do I. Oh my that touched my heart !!!!!! Scooter is still having issues with me leaving him. He keeps saying Gamma, don't leave me again.

Evening

Been keeping fairly busy lately.... here, there and everywhere. Went out with some of my friends that I have not seen in about 3 years. Can't remember laughing as I did with them in 3 years. It was a fun time and I added more laugh lines ... like I need them. Talked with Draven over the phone on Saturday.. it was so great talking with her.

The kids and Grandkids are keeping me pretty busy. Robby's Band... Single Barrel has been playing Gigs just about every weekend. I watch the Grandkids on the Saturday nights that he has to play so Jessica can go with him. I don't have much else most of the time planned on Saturday nights so it is no bother for me. Besides, I get to visit with Luna also. She is such a sweet puppy.

I now have 2 stray cats outside that I feed every evening. So far there is no chance of putting my hands on these kitties. They are soooo scared of humans.

I guess that is about all that I have to report from Some Beach.

Wee Morn

Tina, Shannon & I went 40 miles at midnight to the closest 24 hour Walmart to purchase a copy of the Da Vinci Code DVD. The release date is today... this Walmart puts them out just after midnight. I saw the movie and it was a very good one... so I had to have the DVD to add to my collection.

Now that hunting season is open the Deer are all over the place here. We almost hit one this morning on the way home ....Shannon handled the situation very very calmly. He managed to stop just inches from him. The car in the lane beside us came to a sudden stop and at first we could not see the deer as he was standing in front of that car. He was a huge Stag,,, standing higher than the hood of Shannon's car and had a huge rack spread. He was a Beauty. Shannon said.... that big guy escaped death by 2 cars and sadly tomorrow he will probably be shot by some hunter. Hope he is smart enough not to be !!!!!!

Going over to Jessica's tonight to help Sierra with her Science Project... She is growing Crystals. So far this year she has made all A's at school. She says that she does not really like school at all but she loves to read and she loves making A's.

Sierra showed Shannon her journal that she writes in... Shannon said she has in it that..... Her Grandma is her favorite person in the entire universe and beyond. I am very connected with Sierra and I hope we always remain like this & I was so proud that she thinks of me as she does. I never want that to change. Scooter and I are very connected even though I was away from him for 3 years and he will turn 4 in Dec. He hates to leave me and cries when he does. Everytime that the lil guy sees me his bright blue eyes glow... you can see it. I think my visiting him for long periods of time and then not returning for a long time is on his mind... because he said Grandma, you're not going to go away like you did again and leave me. That upset me. Scooter & Sierra are not very connected to their other Grandma and she sees them often too. She really loves them too.

I never get Dominick off my mind especially at nights. He is so much a part of me and he always will be,,,,,, I never want that to change. The 4.5 hours that we had together changed my life and he will always be in my heart & mind. If I close my eyes at times I can still see him. He is still with me. But the hard part that I deal with is sometimes... I can still hear Tina screaming.... I want him back !!! That almost kills me !! With the holidays and all.. it will be very difficult for us. I can't imagine how Tina & Shannon are dealing. I do know that they are not doing very well and are seeking couseling. This time last year we were all thinking about the wedding.

Morning

Power was out here for 3 hours last night.... caused by strong winds & rain. Good thing that I have lots of candles. Friday night we purchased a new fishy... he is a bright orange and black Organda.. he has a lil black mustache and it just so cute. Shannon has not named him yet.

Beautiful Day

I hear the River's beckoning call today. I have Excalibur charging up as I hunt & peck this entry out. Don't really have much going on around here to report. Past few days it has rained & I love to metal detect after the rains. Listening to some techno music and my energy is raging. Now, if I could just figure out a way to listen to techno while I work the beach.... It's impossible.. cause I have to listen to every sounds that Excalibur beeps out in the head phones. Damn. I would be so charged with energy and an extreme force to reckon with. Excalibur is a swift sweeping metal seeking locator and he likes to go very fast and cover as much area as possible. We hunt at a rapid pace as it is. I can't imagine !!! Oh well this Energizer Bunny is getting her gear together and hop to da beach.

EVP

Okay Last week Shannon set up the Computer to do an EVP recording in his apartment. I think it was on Thursday. He left a short message to any spirits and then left the area. He asked if they would tell him their names. He was a bit shaken.. when he played back the recording. Most EVP will usually happened not long after you start recording... at times it can be not easily recognized... but.. very soon after he left the area... You hear in a very plain but soft ... I think Woman's voice.... KID ? like someone was referring to Shannon as a kid. Then not much longer about 10 seconds... you hear on the recording again... in a much stronger yet Woman's voice... YOU !!!! We believe that this spirit was trying to talk with him & get his attention but Shannon had already left the area. It was calling to him. It sorta shocked all of us. We have listened & played back this recording several times with studying the sound wave chart and it is there for sure !!!!!

We have set up since then but with no results.... that we can determine. We have been studying EVP on the internet and now know more and ... We need to sit in the room and try to ask more questions on the recorder instead of just leaving the area. However, Shannon is still a bit shaken and wants to wait awhile before we set up again. He does believe but never thought that he would actually get anything on the recording.

Another Day

Not sure what this weekend is going to bring.. but we shall see. Going to setup the Recorders and try some EVP work. I am just using a simple cassette recorder but Shannon has equipment and software on his computer that allows him to record directly on it and then edit and isolate the sound waves. He uses this stuff for his Rapping. He is also setting up in his apartment. If I get anything on mine... I will put it on Shannon's computer and maybe we can understand it better. It could be interesting and something to do.

I have been feeding the animals & kitties that live in the wooded area behind the building. I think there are about 5 cats living out there. I have plenty of left over cat food because Salem is so damn picky and Hocus Pocus seems to follow in his footsteps. The stray cats seem to eat anything. They are building Town Houses behind me & the little animals are losing their homes in the woods. I think the mice are trying to move in with me. HP does hunt mice !! Salem could care less.

I have about 5 large plastic lawn bags filled up with Diet Coke cans for the Kitty Hilton.. which should be no surprise.. she asked for cans & I can provide. Guess Shannon and I will have to take a run out to deliver them this weekend.

Morning

Not much to report from here today. Dressed up and went out with the Grandkids on Samhain. Earlier Samhain day... I got a call to go get Sierra from school... She was throwing up.. eww !!! So I bought her to my apartment and took care of her until Jessica & Robby got home from work. My Lil Mini Me had a horrible migraine. Once home , she took a nap and rested but she was still not feeling well but did not want to miss her Evening. We took a wagon with us and gave her a ride for some of the evening. She looked so beautiful in her Witchy Dress and all. Her dress was black with tiny red sparkles in the material and a high collar. I gave her one of my Witch hats & a Besom. Scooter was spider man & he looked very cute. He was wide open that night and on a mission. He kept talking to people when they opened the door.. have no idea what he was saying to them.. probably, I don't need to know any way. I think I did hear him say to one lady... what is wrong with ya dog ?? Once home I managed to catch the replay of Most Haunted Live and then watched Ghost Hunters Live.

Luna is something else. She pretty much stays on the couch. She is still afraid of the kitchen floor and will not leave far from the couch & carpet around the couch. She has yet to venture anywhere in the house. She just stays put like a stuff animal where you place her. She does not bark either. She does like to play with Scooter & Sierra but on the couch. You have to pick her up and carry her outside and she is like a ton of bricks. She is very sweet & loving but timid. When she is outside in the fence, she has a few little burst of energy but soon goes and hides behind the swimming pool.

Tina's Mom thinks she is one day getting Hocus Pocus back but guess what... SHE IS NOT !!! She left him here for almost a year now... not providing him with food, water or kitty litter.. just dumped him off in this apartment. She walked in here for a visit and he ran and hide under the fish tank from her. He wants no part of her !!! She still says as soon as they find a new place to live that she is taking him. I think she has visited him maybe 4 times since I have had him and he does not enjoy her company. I have put up with his bad ways & I still Love him and he is spoiled rotten now. I may one day have a battle with her which she will not win !!
